The association meets regularly at The Acre Rigg Academy which is located on Acre Rigg Road.

The next meeting for the Residents Association is the Annual General Meeting and will take place on Wednesday 5th Nlovember  2014 - 5.30pm at Acre Rigg Junior School - Everyone welcome!


Representatives from interested groups are regularly invited for their views and advice.

OFF ROAD MOTORCYCLES & QUAD BIKES IN ACRE RIGG
The Acre Rigg Area is to be given PACT Priority to help combat the nuisance of off road bikes and quad bikes. The bike section will be targeting the area to help catch people and some vehicles will be destroyed as a result of this.

Hill Rigg House

Hill Rigg House is situated in Lowhills Road, Peterlee.

Members of the Community Policing team attend the ARRA meeting to share with residents the latest crime statistics for the area. It is also an opportunity for residents to voice their concerns and raise issues with the police.
PACT - Peterlee And Communities Together, will work towards making the area we live in a better and safer place.

THE COMMUNITY POLICING TEAM RELY HEAVILY ON THE RESIDENTS OF PETERLEE TO TELL THEM ABOUT WHAT IS GOING IN THE NEIGHBOURHOODS OF THE TOWN.
THEY WOULD LIKE TO URGE ALL RESIDENTS TO REPORT ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR AND ANY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY TO THE POLICE BY DIALING 101 OR, IF IT IS AN EMERGENCY BY DIALLING 999.
CALLERS CAN BE ASSURED THAT THEIR IDENTITIES WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED AND THAT CALLS FROM ANONYMOUS CALLERS ARE WELCOMED.

Reporting non urgent crime - ring 101

Members of the public can now use the new non urgent crime reporting number of 101 which will eventually replace the current (lengthy and a sometimes hard to remember) 03456060365.
Both numbers will be run in parallel until the 0345 number is phased out.
